Eco Material A1 (A-One)

A material that is harmless to the human body and does not degrade even in harsh environments. A molding material that solidifies in 30 minutes to 1 hour. The solidification speed and viscosity can be adjusted with additives.

Eco Material A1 (A-One) <Water-based Acrylic Composite Material> is made from original gypsum created from natural minerals and water-based acrylic resin. It is safe, hardens when mixed, does not deteriorate under harsh weather conditions, and serves as an alternative to cement for indoor and outdoor decoration. Simply mix the dedicated water-based liquid and powder, stir for one minute, and pour it in. It does not stick to silicone, so it can be poured directly into molds. For sloped areas, adding a thickening agent allows it to be brushed on. You can mix sand or glass into the liquid up to the same amount as the powder without causing a chemical reaction, allowing you to change the texture to something entirely different. Once cured, it becomes hard and strong with a smooth surface that can be sanded. It expands slightly, making delicate patterns in silicone molds clear. Additionally, dedicated accelerators, retarders, and additives to lower or raise viscosity improve work efficiency. It can also be colored with pigments, painted, or glued. Since it is waterproof, adding reinforcement materials like basalt fiber protects them from the external environment, increasing strength and requiring almost no maintenance, which is why it is used in structures like the pillars of Dutch sluices.
